Pricing

Pay for what your software does

Not for hours, not for sprints, not for a number someone made up in a meeting. Every feature has a published price, and you can add features whenever your business is ready.

The unit

What counts as a feature

A feature is one complete capability your business uses. Not a screen, not an hour. Something you could describe to an employee in a sentence.

Complex work costs more than simple work, so features come in three tiers. We tell you the tier before we start, never after.

    • No recurring cost from us
    • Support available separately if you want it
  • Grow it

    We keep it running

Pay monthly per feature. Hosting, monitoring, support, fixes and continuous improvement are included. Cancel whenever you want.

Talk through this estimate

Real projects get a written price before anything starts. Nothing here is binding.

What we commit to in writing

  • You approve it before you pay for it

The first feature is paid up front so we can begin. Every feature after that is invoiced only once you have seen it working and signed off on it. If it is not what you asked for, you do not pay for it.

  • Your data is always yours

You can export everything at any time, including the day you cancel. Your data belongs to your business, not to us. For clients in Europe this is not a courtesy, it is the right to portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.

  • You can buy your way out

On a subscription and want to own the code instead? You can switch at any time, and part of what you have already paid comes off the purchase price.

  • The subscription keeps it alive

On Grow it, your application runs while your subscription is active. If you stop, it comes down, and you still keep your data and the option to buy. We would rather say this plainly than bury it in a contract.

Straight answers

Why is this so much cheaper than an agency?

Because we use AI throughout the build, so the same feature takes a fraction of the hours it used to. We charge less because it costs us less, not because we cut the parts you cannot see.

Who decides the tier of a feature?

We do, and we tell you before we build. If we get it wrong in our favour the price does not change, because it was in writing first.

What if I only want one small thing?

That is the point. One Essential feature at $200 is a perfectly normal way to start, and plenty of clients never need more than a few.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a week or two of agreeing on the first feature. We keep a small number of projects running at once precisely so nobody waits in a queue, and we tell you the real date before you commit to anything.

How do payments work?

The first feature is paid up front so we can begin. After that, each feature is invoiced only once you have seen it working and approved it. You are never paying for something you have not reviewed.

What happens if I stop paying the subscription?

Your application is deactivated, you export your data, and the option to buy the code stays open. Nothing is deleted without telling you first.

Tell us what your business still does by hand

That is almost always where the first feature lives. A short call is enough to find it, and it costs you nothing.
